Magnum Stealth Force 8.0SZ

I am now on my third pair of Magnum boots in 7 seven years. Mine have seen hazardous duty from the blistering Heat in Oman to sub zero temperatures in the Falkland Islands. At every stage, my boots have come through. They've been deployed with me at sea, soaked in seawater on a regular basis, but after a complete rinse in fresh water and left to dry naturally, they have maintained their shape and strength. Elite Force - First Impressions [test pair]

By first impressions, I mean I literally just got my test pair of Elite Force WPi out of the box four hours ago, they arrived at 11 am this morning. I feel it's just as important to review these boots the first time you try them on as it is after spending 6 months with them.

I'll start with the packaging, which is where my experiences began; I wasn't sure at first whether I would get sent basic test packaging, or full retail packaging. The outside of the package was wrapped in a plain grey...

Stealth Force 6.0 Leather CT CP

I bought my Magnum Stealth Force 6.0 Leather CT CP as work bootd to replace my Magnum Patrol ST's I have worn Magnum boots all of my working life (Ten Years) and they have always stood me in good sted however I am a little disapointed about my Stealth Force boots.

The laces are passed through a cloth eyelet at the point that the ankle flexes this is a weak point and dispite me taking great care when lacing the boots up this eyelet has eventually worn through. I am impressed by the non steal...

Magnum Patrol boots

I have now tested these boots for several months and as a police officer I wear them on a daily basis for 8 hours or more. They are very comfortable and light which is extremely important when wearing them for this length of time. I do however find them a little on the wide side across the foot and if they had been a little slimmer fit they would have been absolutely perfect.
