i work outdoors everyday traversing all types of terrain and whilst my boots are very comfortable, even after only 1 year i am having to carryout repairs to the synthetic material,sole and the front toe guards (which are detatching from the leather) i am looking at getting the new waterproof stealth boots

After a gap of 15 years I am back in Magnums! I first bought a pair when in the UOTC at Northumbria, Newcastle... back in 1992/1993 - yep one of the Mark1 Magnums!!!! Loved them to bits, Otterburn, Catterick, Salisbury Plain, Brecon, all the way to Sandhurst.... Cough, after 5 years they suffered a fatal demise when the rubber under the bridge of the foot un-stuck and refused no matter what glue, to stick. Too many tactical river crossings - or too much Brecon!

New boots

My last pair of Magnum elite's lasted over 5 years of military exercises and were like wearing trainers for comfort, I've today just ordered a pair of Elite Force 8.0 WPi boots and have the same high expectations.
